Another poster mention this guy is a clown. That's an extreme understatement to the disgrace that this officer of court actually is. He never followed the law, despite overwhelming evidence and case law in the case, half the time he was not even paying attention in court, he also leveled vailed threats before the trial even started. The icing on this trial was his pathetic break down on the bench where he started crying and talkin about religion. The state of NJ family court is a compete and utter joke that judges like this are allowed to make decisions that are completely life changing or actually destroying lives as he rules on his stupidity and emotion rather then the law. I feel bad for anyone that has had to go in front of this poor excuse for a professional, thank GOD, yes thank your GOD you've moved on so you can't claim any other lives due to your emotions and religious believes.

Good news, this clown is retiring soon. He said just enough to let me know he glanced at my motion, but he obviously didn't read it. Wasted time bloating about how he was a child of divorce. Hey dickcheese, so was I. Think I was in your courtroom for fun? Between my hearing and another one I witnessed, it's pretty clear he considers divorced parents who end up in his courtroom to be worthless. The bench is going to be much better off without him.
