This guy sure has a lotsa problems knowing right from wrong, maybe he's changed since the judicial review board disciplined him? I initially had high hopes for Judge Astrowsky based on his courtroom demeanor, but his rulings have steadily eroded any confidence I had in his ability to apply the rule of law in a fair, consistent, and principled manner. The Court took over five months to rule on a motion—well beyond the 60-day requirement imposed by law—despite this issue having arisen before (see Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct, 2022).

[Redacted by Ed.] one of 4 judges that didn't meet the rubber stamp of the "judicial commission" in the last elections. The other 3 were fired by voters (he BARELY stayed in). A seriously [Redacted by Ed.] bozo who needs to go as quickly as possible.......

This judge is completely unprofessional and displays a distinct and obvious bias the likes of which I have never seen before. I have had the displeasure of sitting in many court rooms and his is by far the worst of which I have witnessed. He shows open disdain for people without the means to afford an attorney and bases his rulings accordingly. He also heavily favors women/mothers in family court hearings, regardless of the facts of the case. He insists his rulings will be prompt after taking them under advisement, but (as is obvious by his own public violations of the rules) waits until the last minute to submit an opinion, by which point he no longer even remembers what he's ruling on. This judge's reports are so fact-less, misleading, and downright false as to be potentially criminal. I have no idea how he still presides over any trial, let alone cases that involve the safety and wellbeing of children and their families. Rest assured, he takes pride in ruining lives at this point - this much is clear. This man is a menace and disgrace to the bench.

Had him for family court hearings, he didnt seem very competent, so I was curious and started lookin around about this Brad Astrowsky guy. After googling his name, I fully realized what a zero he is. Truly one of the dimmest bulbs to ever get appointed to the bench (God knows how).
