Showed clear bias for the plaintiff (wife) in a divorce proceeding. Repeatedly and intentionally mispronounced defendant’s name. Penalized defendant for his professional accomplishments while failing to grasp the reality of the economic climate. Intellectually lazy and allowed deep-pocketed plaintiff to bury defendant through excessive and unnecessary discovery and refusal to engage in any good faith settlement discussions. Does not care about father’s parental rights.
