A disgrace to the bench, doesn’t read motions or look at evidence. Make backhanded deals with other judges after rumor spread in Alameda County Chambers. Taking direction from a retired/ active judge that had a personal vendetta against me and my family. Contributed to malice prosecution, kidnapping, defamation. Ignoring all materials to suggest the statement was fabricated, but refused to act. He will answer to GOD about this!

This judge should remove immediately because he places a protection order against me for two years. He clearly did not look at the evidence he would see that the plaintiff created fake documents and committed forgery to the court. I brought it to his attention, and he did nothing the person who he was protection came and damage my car three times, harassed me by way of postal mail and put the name on the envelope the court did nothing. She even lied and said I came to her house just lying but what she was doing was confessing everything she was doing to me. She wanted the protection order against me so I could not see my grandkids. Everything that was done to me it will return to the sender. This judge helps the person to kidnap my five grandkids moving to another state stripping the father of his parental right. The plaintiff was able to manipulate the judges with lies no evidence, but when she could not manipulee the police in getting the police to write that I had committed a crime. She created fabricated documents and this judge refused to look at the documents. The plaintiff went in front this judge with three different persons and the judge deem the defendant was the problem. It was clear he knew the plaintiff whatever wrongdoing that was done it will come full circle back to this judge. I wish him nothing but the best but know that GOD is who I SERVE and he will be brought down to his knee to REPENT because the judge did me wrong.

Judge Caruth is patient, truly educated about domestic violence issues and can spot an abuser through their lies under oath. He goes to bat for domestic violence victims asking for help and he does just that. Judge Caruth does not tolerate any inappropriate behavior in his courtroom and shuts it down immediately. He doesn’t let abusers get off easily and takes issues like firearms seriously given his background. Outstanding judge for DV.

I observed only two cases.

Compassionate and fair judge, with a level head on his shoulders. He can see through manipulators and is also willing to reach a fair settlement if needed. Far more empathic judge than most. Follows the letter of the law as well.

He is horrible at being a judge I presented him with evidence and he still let the other party off scotch free! Smh…

This judge should be removed he just sitting on the bench for a check and railroading people off of false allegation of attempt murder, harassment and child abuse which the other party lied because if this was true why didn't plaintiff have any evidence police report doctor. The first stay away order was place of false allegation the and she continue to lie to get a renewal said I abused her kids lying never been investigated and the judge believe the NARC that right what she cannot control she gets a protection order against she being doing for 15 years. I was able to point to the judge where this plaintiff created forged documents where she created to make it look like it came from a company. THis judge cover up the forge and fabricated documents that the plainiff turn into the court. The court have clerks destroying documents I believe the judges are having documents destroyed and filing a complaint nothing is done. The just system is broken due to judges like Caruth they enjoy placing stay away orders on brown people who cannot afford an attorney. This judge stated that plaintiff or defendant did not prove this case but still place a stay away order against me for two years which is wrong. The plaintiff is so dirty after getting a stay away order I been provoke my car have been damaged by the plaintiff where she attempted to put sugar in my gas tank, sent letters in the mail which is a violation of the protection order. I had to file a defamation lawsuit because the plaintiff need a stay away order because she was making false reports of fraud to anyone that would listen. I file the lawsuit she called my former employee pretending that she was an employee where I had apply for a job and tried to obtain my personal file. This judge is wrong but even we are on the job GOD will make each of us for wrongdoing because this judge is wrong. THis judge covered up a crime that the plaintiff had facilitated to obtain this stay away order and I proved it in my response a

Brian Caruth is far from anyone to call me a judge because he lack so many skills to even hold Honorable Judge Caruth in department 105. The first judge Jones is the evil person who placed the first Stay Way Order who clearly knew because the mother and Judge Jones worked in the same court for many years. This person is a professional lier this is what I was accused attempt murder no trial, Harassment no trial after one year the lier had the nerve to ask for another protection when she had damage my car. call my former employer to gain access to my personal file , she stated that I create escort account when her record show clear she knows the John this criminal fabicate documents and when she gets caught in her lie then she allow to change the story that I abused her kids not record. Judge Caruth is sitting on this bench for a check. I appeal my case and found out all my appeals documents were never transmitted to Appeal in San Francisco. I filed a dafamation case for attempt murder, harassment, abuse of children, this person is needs medical attention as a matter of fact. This person had brought three different people to the department 105 for a stay away order when she is the program. 2/6/2025 a Stay away order was placed against me by Caruth when I got home a certified letter from this person sister that I do not know but this is clearly harassment. The next day my car was damage again and this person tried to open up my gas door where it was damages I believe whoever she sent goal was place sugar in my gas tank but cause not get gass tank door open. The judge stated that neither had enough evident what should have happened and would have been fair to place a Order against both parties. Everyday this girl harass me and my mother I will post here! So, today we get a notice that the sister has sent certified mail to my mother. The judge decided to give this liar a renewal and that is the ammunition she needed to provoke me and my mother. I am so glad I have a meeting with Rebecca Bauer to address how judges like this one need training as the victimizers that actually need help with behavior issues are able to weaponize restraining orders against people that that envy. Still not gonna respond with violence but the fact that a judge can’t observe when the court is being used as a weapon is wrong and unjust. We shouldn’t be going through all of this and if me or my mom are hurt behind the lack of action, a letter had been drafted to my government officials for all involved from clerks to judge that unjustly didn’t protect the my mom. You gave this girl a green light into harassing me and my mother without consequences. And you expect us to believe that the your courtroom is fair. From the beginning, this has taken a turn because of your lack of Judgment. And when or if we get hurt behind your very wrong and unjust decisions, it will be recorded. These falsehood should have had weight in your courtroom and now innocent and civil liberties are affected by your ruling leaving us to be victimized by a woman who is has pain from her choices and lifestyle. The Alameda County Dept 105 has failed my family as righteous valued members of this community by this falsehood and your complicit ruling has exasperated the so called victim to continue to harass our family. Unfortunately, I will not be quiet about what I have witnessed in this County and will speak to legislators about the weaponization of restraining order.

This judge is not only dangerous but so green he needs to be trained. It is clear that he is confused and does not read the cases beforehand. I filed for a stay away order in the defendant and the plaintiff lied to get protection 11/23/ but was expiring 11/24. I apply 9/2024 and this judge prolong my protection order until the other party was able to renewal 11/30/2024 and the sat on both until 1/6/2025 this is illegal and it violated my rights to protected but allow the plaintiff to be continue protection for one party but deny there other party. This enabled the person to damage my car and I started receiving threats over the phone. On 2/6/2025 the judge stated that both parties did not have proven evidence but then placed a protection order against me for two years. On 2/7/2025 I went to my car and found that my car had been damaged overnight but the person who was granted the protection order. My car was damaged three different times as I waited three month to be heard. Protection Order do not wait because the person who is protected they are provoked by the damaged car and there is not recourse. What the party wants is a physical response. I believe that the judge think he punishing me and that I do not have a right to stand up. When a person is allowed to make false allegations of attempt murder and harassment but did not have any documents such as police reports, doctors this shows there is a agenda in the court system to convict innocent people because the average person do not have the money to hire an attorney. If I could say anything to Judge Caruth it would be you have set yourself up to destroy your career by placing a protection order against me when you are aware that the person has been in your court with a total of three different people but the plaintiff says she is victim. Brian Caruth allowed a pathological liar on the loose and the as soon as she got a renewal she damage my mothers car. She keyed it up and down last night due his judgement yesterday. This woman has subjected falsified documents, fabricated documents from businesses and false statement of abuse in court without any documentation to support these allegations. The judge has allowed her to get away with her behavior and protected her then she keys my moms car last night after the ruling. THERE IS NO JUSTICE HERE in Alameda County Superior Courts and judges are allowed to take personal starved and protect the victimized and aggressors. As far as I’m am concern after see how someone can be accused of attempted murder and abuse of children with one one single documentation is unethical. These are serious claims and should be investigated but this court house is weak and corrupt. You allowed a protective order on the wrong person and that woman played you like a fiddle. She manipulates the court room and all your judges should be ashamed to have been a judge and an attorney. I have no respect for any of you judges and you’re just collecting money’s and not serving true justice. But that’s okay. We will take this to every legislator, until this system weeds out your crooked and twisted agenda. That woman needs a hospital and because we are a righteous and honest family and don’t result to fighting in the streets and actually take action civilly per our rights and directions we are punished with this mental illness and behavior from a bitter, hateful woman. This is ENVY at it worst and Caruth could have shown her that she could not use the courts as a weapon. Instead he gave her more ammunition to keep harassing us with libel statements and destroying our property. Unfortunately, our only option to file paperwork and go up the chain. So we will and when we receive our due justice, through civil litigation and complaints. I have highlight so much going on in
