Regardless of his pleasant demeanor, DON'T TRUST HIM!

Regardless of his pleasant demeanor, DON'T TRUST HIM! Make sure to have a court reporter or witnesses for ANY hearing you have with him! He 'purposely' cited nonrelevant case laws (apples and oranges) in order to ignore the 'clearly' pertinent ones at bar which overwhelmingly favored the party in Pro Per. He omitted pertinent defenses in his ruling which automatically should have resulted in a dismissal in favor of defendants. Outright judicial misconduct that more than likely will be swept under the rug!

For the most part, very pleasant.

For the most part, very pleasant. I can tell them a lot of these comments that he handles mostly criminal-- non-civil matters. He should stick with that. He tries but he has no clue on civil procedure. For our jury trial- employment/sexual harassment, he just could not get it. Jury's verdict was fine but

Handled a short cause trial for our case. Had a wonderful demeanor and carefully prepared by reading the trial brief and the complaint. Grasped the concepts very well. Was most helpful. I would be delighted to appear before him anytime.
