This Judge has the nerve to sigh and roll his eyes during trial. He also makes you feel like we are bothering him and he does not want to be there. Unprofessional is an understatement. Making sigh noises while someone is testifying is unacceptable.

I felt very validated after reading his judicial review surveys. He is very much the D average judge that attorneys and litigants claim. I only have negative things to say about my experience. He's been the worst judge I have encountered at Superior Court to date.

This judge [Redacted by Ed.] will protect attorneys who commit crimes through the court and one of his recent rulings He violated every Arizona citizens Due process rights Involving proper service of process. Even though I Had the process server's license revoked for falsifying his declaration which resulted in a default judgment against me, this judge said I did not prove fraud on the court and allowed the judgment to exist until I filed for appeal in the Arizona Court of Appeals.
