As an attorney who has practiced law for almost 30 years, i have yet to encounter someone so unqualified to be in a courtroom. He is constantly unprepared and leaves all the work to the attorneys. Doesn't even read the filing before a hearing and then tells the litigators to write an order that best suits their arguments. He wants it word so he can cut and paste.
