The Judge is bias and does not understand domestic violence and narcissism in the court room.

Judge Weiss made a ruling almost 8 years ago to give primary custody to my ex husband with 3 domestic violence cases, multiple drug and alcohol charges and false accusations of grooming by my new partner. My abuser made me look crazy and painted me as an unfit mother. I was naive of the judicial system and didn't have proper financials to have a lawyer through all of the proceedings. I was denied a guardian ad litem because I wouldn't be able to afford one. My ex husband is a narcissist and an abuser with plenty of evidence against him. I had mental health issues that were used against me that were brought on by abuse and ptsd. I am now in school to become a social worker to advocate for women and children, because that choice almost ended my life, and took my identity away. I was a good mother, was not in trouble with the law, was just getting through the daily life with my abuser. My children have been affected negatively by his choice. They have trauma from their father using parental alienation tactics to sever our relationships. My oldest struggles with suicidal ideation and has had inpatient and outpatient treatment for years and has not talked to me for 3 years now because of her father. my youngest was a momma's girl and was ripped away from me and not allowed to talk to me when she wanted. I would have to hear her cry every night on the phone to me asking and begging for me. she eventually got into risky behaviors as a teenager to cope with her trauma. This judge did not take the time or understand domestic violence or narcissism and negatively changed our lives from that day on. Our judicial system needs to be aware of all of the tactics used by abusers and narcissists because this case was textbook. Unfortunately, I am not the only mother that has had this happen in snohomish county, and in fact, there are too many others with similar stories, and we are left helpless because we are not only being revictimized by our abusers in court, but we are also then

Violated Due Process Rights of Defendant, ignored legal doctrine, denied a Defendant a Trial by summary judgment that was based on fraud that the Federal Covid Funding Plaintiff committed and taunted Defendant telling him if he didn't like his constitutional rights being violated that he could file an appeal. A judge that violates The Constitution and his Oath of Office !

Judge Bruce I. Weiss dismissed my case for "lack of brief/failure to perfect." However, there was no deficiency in my filings. "His" order to vacate was unprofessionally phrased and caused me to wonder if he even saw my case, or if his law clerk did it for him; because her treatment of me wasn't neutral either. Rather than correct his error sua sponte, Judge Weiss required me to file the motion to vacate the dismissal. I simultaneously filed a motion to grant my RALJ appeal, which was the proper action for him to take since the appellee was the one that had not filed a reply brief. Judge Weiss vacated the dismissal, but rather than grant my appeal at that point, he singlehandedly granted the appellee LEAVE OF THE COURT to give oral argument, which the appellee didn't even request. Judge Weiss' actions appear to be not neutral. After ordering oral argument, Weiss fobbed off the hearing to a different judge, which doesn't make sense, since he was the one ordering the oral argument. In any type of appeal, the reviewing court may be tasked with finding abuse of discretion on the part of the trial judge, if appropriate. This is where a lot of judges get hung up, because they don't want to be the one to rule against their colleagues, which is contrary to their duty and contrary to the Canons of Judicial Conduct.

Awful judge. Indicated what his ruling would be prior to hearing the case. Interrupted the GAL during her testimony and stopped her from testifying.
