Bruno Mongiardo

Judge mongiardo is not a fair judge I have a civil case where all the evidence was presented to him against a thief and illegal con man that enter this country fraudulently and he even said on the trial if someone committed a fraud to enter this country I have to report to immigration and this guy lies all the time on his testimony and we have all the evidence even audios that he listened with the truth about the case and still he believes the thief and award this guy with my mother’s inheritance. This judge is always irritated and biassed towards people. This judge should be investigated on the civil courts for incompetence and don’t take decisions based on evidence. I never imagined that judge mongiardo believes to a con man that committed fraud to come to USA and failed against people that are American citizens without any criminal record.

Judge mongiardo is no a fair judge he see evidence of people lawyer, people that enter this country unlawfully and you know he believes them and no people that are saying the truth. He has documents on his eyes and then he said oh no evidence of what that person want after she died. He don’t have any capacity to handle complex cases on the court and he looks like he is exasperated all the time. In my case he give credibility to the defendant that lies all the time and change testimony and he have a lot of evidence against the defendant even audios showing that he was lying in his testimony and still he was on the side of the defendant
