Ignores the fact that individuals portray themselves at attorneys. Even with proof he doesn’t care. Doesn’t care about conflict of interests among lawyers.

Strongly pro-defendant in civil cases, especially when the defendant is a public entity.

Strongly pro-defendant in civil cases, especially when the defendant is a public entity. His background as a defense attorney representing public entities is obvious. Does not prepare and seems to rely heavily on research attorney for rulings.

His personal feelings and his ego rule.

His personal feelings and his ego rule. He won't admit he made a mistake, would not reconsider a position, and refused to be fully briefed on a new case. Poorly prepared, made very damaging rulings. Did not follow the law, just his gut instinct. Favors defendants even when burden of evidence is in Plaintiff's side
