Bryan S. Chapman

Judge Chapman has a very good temperament and he listens. That may seem an absurd compliment given that Judges are tasked with conducting "hearings", which of itself is impossible with Judges who don't have an open mind and don't actually listen, ruling on the evidence instead of perhaps on their connections, social or otherwise, to one side of a case.
