Great judge.

Great judge. Very fair to both sides, however may lean a little bit to the Plaintiff side. Takes his time to read all papers and all applicable law to make sure he gets his rulings right. I would try a case in front of him again in a heartbeat.

I had a trial before him. He lets you try your case and was very fair. He ruled against me on some important motions but his rulings were thorough and understandable. I also got to see him call his law and motion calendar. One of the few judges that will reconsider the tentative order! He's a good draw. I've seen a few judges after practicing 30 years.

Judge Yang’s prominent roles in organizations, including the Legal Services Trust Fund Commission, offer sympathies and empathies that appear to lack a balancing approach to corrective measures. These roles, coupled with inconsistent documentation and court actions throughout the proceedings, raise reasonable doubts about his impartiality.

Judge Yang is one of the best settlement officers. he helped settle several of my cases including one that I didn’t think was possible… good at cutting through the noise and bs.

Excellent judge. Lost and won before him, but my clients always got a fair shake. Punctual, prepared, willing to come up with creative ways to address client's concerns.
