Butch Gunnels

~If I could rate him with a zero I would. Gunnels allows Brady violations in his courtroom by Prosecutor Beus. Refuses to allow witnesses to speak their statements by cutting them off and humiliating them in the courtroom if he doesn't like what they have to say about the courts mishandling of cases. He snaps at people for no reason, telling them "it's not my fault" or "there's nothing I can do" and refuses to look at physical evidence that can prove the innocence of defendants. His attitude is unacceptable. He's a bully, and downright unprofessional. Why is he still allowed to be in his position when he continues to do illegal things in the courtroom, take advantage of low income individuals and abuse witnesses???

In a restraining order case where gunnels said the plaintiff lied, yet he still issued the restraining order against defendant Billy jack wittern. Plaintiff also said that Billy's wife jumped on the hood of plaintiffs moving car with a shot gun threatening the plaintiff. I bet Michael Jordan could not preform that stunt. The case was already decided before the defendants stepped one foot into the courtroom. Seemed very much like judge gunnels issued plaintiffs restraining orders to harass the defendants because plaintiffs knew exactly how many steps to defendants property, defendants had no clue to how many steps to plaintiffs properties. Funny how 2different neighbors issue restraining orders on one couple. This is a class case of gang stalking,with judge gunnels and the Apache sheriff department at fault.
