NY13806 is right. His secretary is either screwing him or he is absolutely clueless as to what she writes and he just signs her orders. Dump this garbage. He isn't a judge. File a complaint with FBI. This needs to investigated.

This is the most courteous, well- mannered and intelligent Judge that I have encountered during 36 years of practicing Law within the State of New York. Nassau County should take a lesson from this Suffolk County Judge. Hon. Judge Hackeling you are a fine example of what a Judge should be, rather than the attorneys who are appointed to run for office after practicing law for 14 years who are devastating the Family Court with horrific determinations. Thank God for your presence.
