Very calculating and vindictive. At one hearing she took an ex-parte (case was not before her) knowing her history with me and told everyone that I had ex-parte communications with her and sent them an email I sent to senior judges and sent them my email. As though that would stop me from reporting misconduct of judges. Fast forward one year...she gets moved to Stanley Mosk as she climbs the ladder, and JUST ruled on an ex-parte of mine in Dept 1. Judge Riff is the judge in that department. Despite the exigency over 3 cases that have rulings intertwined and the cases should have been related, she did not take the bench but did rule from chambers and DENIED my ex-parte. Why the heck is she ruling on ANY case involving me? And how did she intercept the motion? Nuts. Dangerous gal. Recall her.
