I had a DVRO case. I shared so much evidence From police records to video and audio evidence from the respondent saying they were going to kill me. I shown evidence so far as an AirTag being placed in my vehicle by the respondent. The respondent admitted to doing it .So much evidence yet this judge said the respondent and I have not dated long enough to consider it a DVRO case. The person and I dated for a month. Every self help and attorney who has looked at my case questioned why would this judge come up with her conclusion. Long story short this judge did not handle my case properly at all . Did not even hear or look at the evidence the respondent presented. 0 out of 5 stars across the board

Judge Taylor presided over my TRO case wherein I was the respondent. She conducted the hearing with grace, even handedness and true objectivity. She has the perfect disposition for this work and I’m grateful to have had her for our case. She is an example of the system working at its finest.

Judge Caitlin Taylor, though relatively new to the bench, is a conspicuously capable judicial officer and a genuine pleasure to appear before. She is welcoming without being indulgent, courteous to the litigants before her without surrendering an inch of authority, and, most importantly, she does the work: she reads the filings, understands the record, and runs her courtroom with an efficiency that respects everyone’s time.

Absolutely evil.

Very concerning choice for a Judicial Commissioner. Her conduct leaves a stain not only on individual cases but on the integrity of the courtroom itself.

This Commissioner gave a known rapist/robber (currently facing a warrant for robbery) a restraining order against someone who found him for someone he robbed of thousands of dollars in equipment . The commissioner let the criminal lie in court over and over even though she was shown proof of the robbery. Refused to let the person defending themselves any chance to list the lies she saw. She had them take down the videos that showed his history violating their first amendment rights to publish public records.
