Judge Hutson’s handling of People v. William Shae McKay resulted in the death of Deputy Isaiah Cordero‘. This judge released a violent career criminal who should have been remanded to custody. Her actions and incompetence are directly responsible for Deputy Isaiah Cordero‘s death. Deputy Cordero’s death will forever stain Judge Hutson’s hands and she will never be able make up for her decisions.
