This Judge is the enemy of children. The enemy of sane parents. She lies and is a vile excuse for a human being. She is the reason why my step daughter is having a hard time.

This Commissioner is utterly the worse, she split my relationship with my children through a divorce, it will never be the same. She does not follow her oath nor the Law. I have worked for Clark county; it's all a game/performance between attorneys and judges, it's not a justice system. Just a system for city revenue. A disgrace.I have few words for this woman, one that should step down to retirement. People have no idea her judgments cost lives every day.she deserves no respect.

For the attorney that’s trying to gain an advantage by leaving a good review for Carin Scheinberg “ Hon. Carin Scheinberg has shown diligent work and careful attention to the LAW”…carin Scheinberg does nothing of the sort. She makes up her own rules, consistently shows up for sessions unprepared and admits to it. I have personally attended dozens of court cases and I have my own video of the same. She is clearly having back door conversations with attorneys, such as yourself, coming to conclusions during those meetings and then consistently discounts or isn’t willing to listen to both sides of the argument. Read the other reviews, other than the Murrah related. All 35 or so point out exactly what I’ve written in my review and this is exactly what led to the Murrah problem. The same behavior Scheinberg exhibits time after time, case after case. She’s unethical and should be relieved of her duties.

Hon. Carin Scheinberg has shown diligent work and careful attention to the LAW. The death of Monica Murrah has NOTHING to do with the commissioner. The reality is that MR Murrah became ENRAGED and INTENTIONALLY killed his wife. HE is TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE for the death of his wife. Hon Carin Scheinberg deserves respect.

She has blood on her hands. She failed to exercise sober judgement regarding the request by Monica Murrah. Any good judge would have granted the restraining order. The DIS-honorable Carin Schienberg is a disgrace to all judges. She is not worthy of respect. One can pray she reeps what she has sown.

I have twins boys and their mother is fighting to her death to take them away from me, manipulating them , force them to lie, do satanic acts AGAIST me everything since 2010 when they were born , everything AGAIST me as a revenge bc I never want her or accept her horrible behavior , stealing , lying ,whatever it took to make her feel she is in control. A psychopath! In 2020 she invented lies and create a fake case for restraining order plus she took the boys to counseling in her place where she work as a Practitioner nurse at Kaiser ! Forcing the issue to indite her own kids with PTSD-because of me!!!!!! Pathological liar a woman with no respect for self and for her own kids! Incidents with Commissioner Schienberg making up her own rules, ignoring evidence [Redacted by Ed.] are not isolated unfortunately. In 2016, my oldest daughter was hit by her mother. Along with my daughter's testimony, we had a licensed therapist supporting this. There was a pending WA State CPS investigation in to the mother. However, Commissioner Schienberg, along with attorney Todd Pascoe, ignored the child abuse and instead granted a restraining order on myself, for unwarranted allegations, with no evidence and no prior history of myself or any wrong doing. So yeah, this is routine for her and CCC system.

Badly done. You should be protecting vulnerable women like Monica Murrah and her child. I can’t imagine how blind you must be to what is going on in marriages these days. You are a part of the problem allowing this kind of violence to continue. You should be taking a moral stand to protect women and children. To not believe someone who clearly needed help to get away from an abusive situation. You should quit. I cannot imagine how you think you know better than the victim in the situation what is happening. If someone wants out of marriage they should be allowed to get away from that person. There is a reason why they are getting the divorce. You are a part of this self-righteous society who thinks every women should stay married to keep the divorce stats down. Society puts too much value on the number of people wanting a divorce and tries to manage that number rather than getting to the root of the issue - that violence against women in our society is perfectly fine. The wife’s role is to tolerate abuse and violence or it is her fault if the marriage fails. I can’t even imagine what your Judgement Day is going to look like after hurting innocents in your day to day practice when you are supposed to protect them.

Read the comments below, going way back all the way to today. This judge is apparently both vitriolic and grossly incompetent. Why is she still in office? Concerned citizens have a right to know.

Monica Murrah is dead now....what is your explanation? How about you get sentenced to sleeping next to someone who has a large knife under the pillow? Kinda like Dennis White in Boston with a gun... Shame on you.

My ex showed up to the hearing for the restraining order I brought for my protection. He was absolutley belligerent drunk, and she called him on it, told him she knew he was heavily intoxicated and threatended to have him arrested. Then she allowed him to rage and ramble to a room full of DV victims after he admitted he was drunk and did nothing. That was in 2017, and he STILL has warrants for breaking the order over and over-he has still never gone to jail. Get it together clark county our women are DYING!

It's time she step down. I'm embarrassed for her.

Taking children away that are still breastfeeding and giving them to the fathers who have an open CPS case against them for neglectful parenting and child abuse should be illegal you should have to step down right away you are a piece of shit and when I'm done with you I'm taking everything you love. If you don't know who I am you will on December 6th your biggest court docket of family law this year I'll be serving in papers.

You should resign immediately. This ladies death is on your hands as much as it is on the piece of trash that killed her. Another case of someone that shouldn’t be out in public yet he was able to kill his wife and you were complicit. You are a disgrace lady, no way in hell you should continue to be called “your Honor”, you have none.

In the case of Monica Murrah. Carin S. Denies restraining order. "Lack of evidence of domestic violence" I guess there is enough evidence now. She is dead and her 8 year son has no Mom. Carin has "no comment". I bet that is very comforting to this woman's son and family. Disgraceful.

I would like to know what type of woman claims no evidence was found to permit a permanent restraint order! Obviously you did not do your job or you would easily have evidence from the local police records showing there were multiple domestic violence calls to the same home she was later murdered in!! Your Judgeship set forth a death sentence for Monica and put her 8 year old son in mortal danger! You may as well have knifed her yourself! The guy was nut case and should have been in a psyche ward!
