Judge Carlos Mendoza was appointed by Obama. I find Judge Mendoza to be incompetent and not worthy of being a federal judge unfortunately. My hope is he will judge fairly regardless of a person's race or ethnicity.
Terrible. Get away from him asap. He's the future of Florida which is why people moving there are idiots.
Horrible biased Judge with minorities and pro se and almost a dictator and do not care to follow the law.
This judge abused his discretion by dismissing a case for no justifiable reason under the totality of the circumstances.
This judge granted a directed verdict motion which in my opinion had good grounds (it was mine). He was somewhat harsh with the deadlines, but not out of line
