What a joke. Has a huge ego but a small brain. There is a reason the bar association did not recommend him for the bench. He should be removed. 10 years of him is 9 years and 11 months too long. He wasn’t good in District Court and is even worse in Circuit. He doesn’t belong here. Even his own colleagues think he is a joke and make fun of his lack of legal knowledge behind his back. If you can get a continuance or get bumped, do it.
