Your reputation, personality and judgement along with empathy and the ability to follow the law in all its rights, this is what shows how good you are protecting the citizens of Alabama and of the USA. Demeanor is inappropriate. Acts as though she’s auditioning for a role in a high school play. Our team of reporters has now recorded her 7x for our investigative reporting. She is easily swayed by other judges family members who practice before her. We have documented one specific individual who consistently states”questionable “ service, she falls for it every time. Never once has she asked for details. Our team went to the PFA division, verified perfect service every time. Our expose’ will regrettably confirm the numerous complaints we investigated as being accurate. She has put innocent lives in danger by her ongoing refusal to include law enforcement when litigants attempt to recover belongings. We found this to be consistent repeatedly. Nearby counties insist on law enforcement officers as vital. She blows off requests and her demeanor is obvious as to her lack of understanding the seriousness of the situation. Our unbiased reporting series shows her flippant style as compared to 4 other justices. Sadly it may be too late for victims she had rely on her for justice.

Carmen E Bosch allowed my daughter to remain I a home that I had reported finding pictures of her online naked on social media done in the home she left her in. She never let me speak in court denied every motion or affidavit I filed. My daughter was 12 at this time after terminating my rights by violating state laws federal laws and allowing false evidence from Department of Human Resources. My daughter was adopted out and I found out recently that she was raped while she was in the system in the very foster home that I reported. She is allowing these people to destroy families she's a [Redacted by Ed.] unjust person I won't even call her a judge she has no right to judge me [Redacted by Ed.]

First let me say that if you’ve been done wrong by this Judge too, make sure you file a complaint with the Alabama Supreme Court, here is the email. The mother of my step daughter is still successfully withholding time from us because of Judge Bosch and her terrible choices. She never heard our side of the story. She was clearly paid off by my husbands ex who is remarried to a rich guy that paid for this woman to rule the way she did. [Redacted]They also hired the attorney that pays for her political campaign. many years lost, many sleepless nights, time that cannot be given back stolen over [Redacted], and the other party. I feel really sorry for her in eternity, [Redacted][Redacted] The first time I ever met this Judge, I was only allowed to answer the other parties question while on the stand, when I tried to correct a lie her attorney told, Bosch so rudely told me to shut up in HER courtroom and that I had no right to speak. I was trying to tell the truth. You should seriously be ashamed of yourself Bosch!

Judge Bosch is anything than honorable. People like her, with far too much power and very little heart, are the reason why I firmly believe in psych evaluations being mandatory for judges. As a mother herself, I do not know how she can sleep at night knowing that she has ruined the lives of many juveniles, both in juvenile court and within the family court side. As many know already, those in power within Baldwin County are corrupt and have no regard for the laws of the state or the country. Only here have I seen police reports "disappear", important documents fail to be scanned into court files, and public defenders be allowed to represent a "client", who will have to pay for their crap services, without so much as a glance at the said clients file. Only here have I seen a judge talk so disrespectfully to others, yet demand respect in her court room. Judge Bosch knows exactly what she has done to my family and many others, ripping away a child with mental illness from his home, his family, from his support system, and giving him a harsh, open ended punishment. Any push back on what her sentence was ensures you even worse treatment in her court. She smiles as she grossly misuses her power and displays the most unethical behavior I have ever seen in any human being. I can only hope that she will vacate that bench sooner rather than later. Those that have been affected by Judge Bosch MUST speak up. File complaints, hold her and her minions in Baldwin County accountable, do not be afraid. Closed mouths mean she gets to further her long stretch of victims and remain in a position of power.

How can you take a child away and send her to the worst possible environment without hearing the mother's side of story without even contacting or GETTING FACTS ALL THAT WAS GIVEN WAS FALSE AND ACCUSATIONS SO EX MOTHER-IN-LAW COULD GAIN CUSTODY I pray for all the children that been taking away by this judge Alabama needs to step up and see what's going on innocent children that are being taken away by wonderful loving parents
