This judge completely missed the evidence in my case on purpose. How can you be fired by the wrong people if the CEO, HR Director and HR Attorney were present? Rigged decisions make bad judges worse I have lost my faith in the rule of law...I am not alone.

Judge Carol Jackson's recent execution stay for Joseph Franklin was just pathetic. The 8th Circuit summarily dismissed her stay in record time. She can't even cite legal arguments for issuing a stay. The Supreme Court has spoken on the death penalty and the use of drugs. The bar for an appeal is very high, as the court has to be certain that the State did not follow Supreme Court precedent. 11th-hour claims are not sufficient to dissolve 20 years of state and federal court rulings. These judges issued emotional decisions, not factual ones. From the 8th Circuit: The District Court entered the stay of execution without referring to any legal standard. The District Court did not apply the standard Congress enacted that requires federal courts to give deference to state court decisions. Reversed. Joseph Franklin was executed hours later.

On April 4th , 2012 Jackson issued an order ordering a plaintiff to commit a crime. Jackson is now having a criminal complaint against her in that the order itself was a crime to command someone to commit a crime of trademark infringement by publication.

allowing the abuse of our flag makes me sick to my stomach. I was dumfounded to see the article. How can a judge allow this? I doubt I receive a response. But I can tell you this, there are many more than me that think your judgement is impaired

She is an example of the judiciary overstepping separation of powers. She needs to be impeached.

I never got to trial with her, but she took years to issue rulings on even the most mundane motions. Because she never ruled, opposing counsel were encouraged to disregard discovery, since it was so unlikely Judge Jackson would do anything about it. The few rulings she made were not biased towards one side or another, but they were often legally dubious and lacking in any substance or analysis. She simply does not seem interested in being a judge -- at least, I saw no indication that she was over a nearly three-year period.

S-L-O-W. Justice delayed is justice denied. If you draw her as your judge, demand a jury. Also, one gets the feeling that she is unaware that she has a bias in favor of the "big guy," i.e., corporations, in civil cases. On the plus side, she is a nice person and has a decent bullshit detector.

Slow, really slow, with everything, even with defendants in jail. Even if you go to trial, a two week trial for most others will be at least a 4 week ordeal with Judge Jackson. A modest intellect, she will follow the government's lead just about anywhere.

Amazingly slow at ruling on basic procedural motions. Hard to get a case moving -- but he does seem knowledgeable about the law and is able to see through frivolous arguments.

No nonsense judge, fair and common sense oriented...knows her law! Great ability to discern the facts.

Very pro-defendant in civil rights case, made up and/or ignored facts to grant summary judgments.
