In my experiences as a Rock Island County litigant and former Iowa detective Judge Carol M. Pentuic is an abrasive individual that talks down to unrepresented litigants in drawing conclusions without complete case facts while challenging their integrity in not explaining cited law fully in not making eye to eye contact with you as she demeans parties in front of her in a menacing vocal tone while committing Judicial Abuses of people. A disgraceful display of talking to people while she is chummy in communications with opposing attorney's when the proceeding concludes while she giggles and talks about hanging out with counsel in front of Pro Se Litigants. Here bias towards parties is obvious to the party aggrieved. I have a social responsibility to notify I the Illinois Supreme Court Judicial Board of her ongoing behavioral conduct in 2022 to protect the integrity and appearance of justice.
