I would like to add a piece of information here. The reason for these incredibly different ratings is going to blow your mind. It has taken me a while to figure this out. This judges courtroom is used by scammers when she is not present. My evidence comes to you from 2015 November 9th and 2017 November 6th. The individual that was acting as a judge came into the courtroom through the litigant doors. The individual also left through the same doors. What's happening here is a scam. This week in November is usually holiday. Immediately after the fiscal year end. I didn't catch on to it till it was too late. However I believe due process is a civil rights issue and I may still be able to file. What should happen is people need to give a physical description of the person that they were dealing with. The individual I had was a middle-aged lady with really nice red hair and was definitely showing a bias to the landlords. I believe this is somebody acting as a judge in her place.

Judge Carol Overton is a temperamental and easily triggered individual that enjoys wagging her finger and papers at tenants that don't have an attorney. If she doesn't hear you, and you say, "again, yes" she will reply "I didn't hear you. Give the Court some courtesy." If you say anything that isn't short and to the point she will undoubtedly get angry at you and wave her finger at you. She will wave papers at you. She hates tenants, especially victims of harassment. She forces settlements. If you try to reject a mediator she will get angry at you and say "I went through the trouble of getting a mediator." She's very biased towards landlords or anyone with money. She should be removed from the bench for her bias.

My client informed Carol Overton about hat he was suing her. In response, Carol contacted the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office, falsely asserting that she was the recipient of a series of e-Mails that my client sent to two deputy court clerks whom were refusing to properly file or endorse documents that he presented to those clerks for filing in case number 22CH010849 and case number 22CH010850. Carol Overton made a report with the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office and with the San Jose Police Department untruthfully claiming that, in the emails that she weren’t addressed to her, my client threatened her life. According to the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office, Carol Overton also “reported” that a firearm was involved. As a result, my client was arrested at the San Ysidro Land Port of Entry by U.S. Customs and Border Protection personnel. My client subsequently filed a report against Arol Overton with the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office. Everything is discussed in a February 10, 2023 declaration that my client also filed. Google Judge Carol Weinstein Overton; she is awful and goes along with the crooked attorneys to ensure she stays in that position. Look who gave her ten stars; [redacted by Ed.]. Judge Overton took documentation from Nina, an attorney representing her client, and put the papers in her purse. Where do they do that at? It’s going to take a higher power to bring these thugs down. Trust and believe it’s going to happen.
