Carter Bise

This judge is the epitome of why judicial reform is urgently needed in Mississippi. Judge Bise has exhibited sustained judicial misconduct and bias, especially in cases involving vulnerable parties like disabled veterans and children at risk of abuse. He unilaterally dissolved a valid Domestic Abuse Protection Order (DAPO) without notice or hearing, violating Miss. Code Ann. § 93-21-15 and basic principles of procedural due process under the 14th Amendment.
