Judge Woo has no perception of Family. She is assigned in Family Court and is very biased . Regardless of evidence being presented and factual. She tunes out all the facts and evidence presented to her and is clearly stays on the path of her bias opinion. This does not have any Family values or core. This Judge belongs in criminal or retired.

Judge Woo is one of the worst judges I have ever encountered. She takes random witness testimonies as pure evidence. When evidence was given to her directly from DCS she shrugged it off as something that wasn't a legal document from a government agency. She took evidence from a separate case that was still ongoing and had not been judged on as something that was already determined and even made that part of why and how she reached her final orders. She comes off extremely biased, picks a side she likes from the beginning and does not sway from that decision even when introduced with overwhelming evidence against that party. A judge who thinks based off emotion and not fact should not be a judge. This is how families and children's lives are destroyed. She should be removed from her position.

Judge allowed evidence to be admitted without context or dates associated, allowed statements to be documented as fact—only when it helped the conclusion the judge steered, and did not follow multiple guidelines of AZ Rules of Family Law Procedure. She yawns through proceedings, interjects to favor the attorneys she wants to win (e.g., tells attorneys what needs to be said for objections after opposing counsel cites how it was not introduced appropriately, chooses a side to win and helps them introduce evidence, tells one side what motions the attorney should have already filed, points one side’s attorneys to exhibits she wants, and introduces topics for the attorney she wants to win). It was a train wreck from what I saw. One attorney couldn’t reference correct exhibits, pretrial disclosures omitted multiple items, items agreed upon could not be cited, topics were introduced late, new items were introduced at trial, and the attorney couldn’t state applicable objections. This didn’t bother Judge Woo who simply did all the work for the incompetent lawyer (extreme bias was on repeat in my head while watching the trial unfold).
