Catherine A. Schneider

J. Schneider is easily in the top ten judges in Cook County. She brings incredible respect for her office to her chambers on a daily basis. She is extraordinarily accommodating to pro se litigants, and she will also hold the highly paid attorneys to task. I have over time developed a deep admiration for her ability to maintain razor sharp familiarity with the issues in the cases before her, in spite of a heavy docket. With J. Schneider you have the best chance for a truly meritocratic outcome, blind to the station of the litigants and the advocates before her. Incredible asset to Cook County.

Finally - a fair minded judge who is courteous to the litigants and their counsel. She is bright, works very hard, sets tough deadlines but is not rigid with them, a real trial lawyer's judge. Cannot say enough good things about her.
