Extremely personable and fair. I think a lot of people are disrespectful to her in the courtroom, but that may be due to her very approachable demeanor. She is very easy to work with and is very friendly with staff and attorneys on both sides.

Judge Cathryn F. Brougham is a very peculiar women, and an embarrassment as a California Superior Court Judge; Although she would probably be a superstar in Mississippi, Alabama, or Tennessee. In addition to not knowing simple code Law as it pertains to criminal court case(s). I would say she is also very intellectually lazy, and lacks critical thinking skills. Thanks to American Judiciary trend where all the judges think they some high priests sitting and every word coming from there mouth is the the word of law of the land. She will change his mind at the drop of the hat, and forgets what she has said or ordered from initial Trial DeNovo and subsequent case continuance. One such example recently, in a case the entire history of the defendant is being added to the case file(s) and for sure she hasn't read a single word of it and or done the case study on that defendant and she instead of giving him strike let him go with a easy fix for the love of god on 2 years of probation, lol I wonder he will anyhow for sure commit more crime in the society, thus such is the ignorance of these judges on the high benches and the reason why so much of crime and lawlessness and the title of world homeless capital is given to Los Angeles. Good Job Judge. The thought of taxpayers money paying this judge salary makes me physically ill. Her sheer ignorance of the law, and strange way in which they carries themselves, is hurting people every day.
