This is the only judge who tried to help the Plaintiff in any way when the presiding judge had corrupted her case. She contacted the State Bar regarding what happened in the case. Thank You

I am surprised there are not pages of negative comments about Bencivengo. She seems like a miserable human being, and she is a lazy, bad judge. She is the poster child for why the U.S. needs judicial term limits asap.

One of the worst federal judge I have ever been in front of in 40 years of criminal defense practice. So government biased that she will harshly and shrilly beat down any defense argument without even considering the merits of the issues.
