I am a plaintiffs lawyer, and I have appeared before Magis. Judge Waldor in several large and complex cases. I have found her to be knowledgeable and engaging. In one case, she mediated a multi-million dollar settlement, persisting over ten mediation sessions to get it done.

Incredibly biased. Very pro-defense, pro-big firm, yet is usually unprepared or unaware of the law. Makes horrible decisions and maintains no consistency since she doesn't keep a record of her decisions. Be warned.

In case 02-12-cv-01879 (ES)(CLW) this Judge lost the boat of justice. Justice was turning over her head. She never ruled on the case even though the case itself involved among other things elder abuse. She could be a good candidate for impeachment of the grounds of her conduct regarding the above cited case
