This judge’s actions have torn a loving, safe, and stable mother from her child without due cause. Her decisions ignored facts, dismissed credible testimony, and placed a vulnerable toddler in a dangerous and unstable environment. I believe the public deserves to know how this courtroom operates and the life-altering consequences these judicial decisions can have on families. Judge Moore’s conduct and rulings demand serious review by the judicial oversight committees, and I urge anyone with a similar experience to file a formal complaint through the Washington Commission on Judicial Conduct.

This judge was so checked out that she retired (hopefully for the rest of her life) within a few months of our case. She did not even allow both sides to present their case. How is that justice? What kind of a judge announces she has decided prior to hearing both sides present? Regardless, she clearly understands she should not be a judge. She was not interested in actual evidence, only in how charismatic the lawyers and litigants present in court. Let's all hope she stays retired for life.
