Cathy Seibel

Cathy Seibel, is a true threat to the citizens of the Southern district of New York. Seibel is assigned cases, that are false, and erroneous. Seibel will knowingly mislead, and protect the establishment, at all cost. Seibel had a reckless disregard for the truth. Which is irrelevant to her. We need to stand for our democracy, and freedom, we need to expose Cathy Seibel and the [Redacted by Ed.] she is operating under the colors of the law. Judge Cathy Seibel is [Redacted by Ed.] is a prosecutor, and has zero accountability [Redacted by Ed.] Seibel has been protecting the institution for 4 decades, from starting as a prosecutor in the SDNY, to a Judge in the exact same office after 40 years [Redacted by Ed.]Seibel used tax assessed values, while she had full knowledge the prosecutors were withholding certified bank appraisals, and used estimates and assumptions over Actual banking records that expose the prosecutors fraudulent case. They have been using this [Redacted by Ed.]Judge to imprison innocent citizens since 2008. Seibel will be impeached, and put in prison were she belongs. The true criminals are Seibel, and her fellow cronies, and prosecutors. The SDNY has become a travesty , and mockery of true justice. [Redacted by Ed.] May GOD help any person that is in this frauds courtroom. You will be convicted and put in prison, because the truth, and due process are irrelevant to Seibel. Judge Cathy Seibel [Redacted by Ed.] was a prosecutor in the SDNY white plains office for decades before she became a Judge in the Same exact office. All the prosecutors and defense attorneys are her fellow colleagues and classmates. [Redacted by Ed.] The citizens of the SDNY need to expose this matriarch of [Redacted by Ed.] .Judge Seibel concealed the criminal activity of the prosecutors by allowing them to use tax assessed values, when they withheld certified bank appraisal from lenders showing the defendants innocence. In addition to using estimates and assumptions by the IRS over the ACTUAL BANKING DOCUMENTS that showed the defendants innocence. This is common practice in the SDNY, to commit fraud and treason against the citizens of the SDNY. Your attorneys and the prosecutor are all in it together to ensure you are convicted, and Judge Seibel ensures those lies and fraud stand at all cost. Judge Seibel will be impeached, and exposed [Redacted by Ed.] she has been spreading and destroying citizens life, families, and liberty. Judge Siebel thinks it's comical that the truth is relevant. Judge Seibel needs to be held accountable for her criminal activity, as Seibel has been getting away with this [Redacted by Ed.] since 2008. Judge Seibel seems to me to act in a capricious and biased manner and seems to want to further a progressive agenda without truly considering all the facts. She could be more restarined, fair minded and contemplative before reflexivly disregarding the "other" side ! A negative angry personality.

Judge fails to admit or correct her mistakes in writings or Orders, in fact believes she's exempt from the rules that apply to Judges. Rushes through her decisions without a clear understanding of the law, fails to correctly analyze and apply the law, and appears to form an opinion before having all operative facts before her. Lacks maturity and experience necessary for judgeship. Appears to have a skewed perception of her role in the Judicial process, and lacks overall the evenhandedness required to be an Article III Judge. Do not expect any significant legal precedent from her court.

Needs to study the First Amendment to U.S. Constitution and learn to not exceed her authority.

An excellent judge. Really smart and great temperment. Knows the case and the law. A real pleasure to appear before.

Unprofessional. All ready has a verdict without seeing and hearing all evidence in matter. Very bias and discriminatory. Likes to threaten people if you don't agree with her. Only lets evidence to be submitted that is more liking to the party she's likes. Disregards your intelligence and doubts your experience because she doesn't like you being above her. Discriminates against minority. She's a racist and shouldn't be allowed to perform her duties.

bias, anti Pro Se Plaintiff's, remotely controlled puppet, exclude evidence damaging to her friend attorneys, tries her best to harass, intimidate, Pro Se Plaintiff's through Court Security Guards and U.S Marshalls and threaten Pro Se Plaintiff's to put in jail if they even when they mention the existence of evidence against her friendly party, and she use her power to hurt the party she does not like and picks jury members who have cases against them pending before her and then forces them to give verdict she likes.

This judge came to the first hearing without having read the complaint, and did not even have a copy in her possession. She made several negative statements regarding the plaintiff prior to even reading the complaint. She then spent 3 minutes reading a seventy page complaint. This judge completely ignored all recent relevant Federal cases presented by the plaintiff. Her conclusions when dismissing my action were off base and ignored the true questions of the issues of this lawsuit. One casue of action was dismissed, without any hearing on the facts, which included a decision that agreed that I had a right to be suing the defendants for that cause of action, but dismissed it anyway. Overall, her conclusions were self serving and included zero tolerance toward a pro se litigant.

Still hasn't figured out that she's a judge now. Sees the world through prosecutor's eyes.

Spends the time necessary to understand the facts, studies the applicable law. Takes individual circumstances into consederation at appropriate intervals.

Apparently this judge's goal is to dismiss cases for any reason possible, rather than to seek justice. Her decision in my case stated that insurers only have to pay the cheapest rate, in direct conflict with recent case law, and without any hearing regarding how that rate might be determined, and without regard for stae law. I would further state that she is prejudiced against pro-se litigants. It never ceases to amaze me that the law is "judges may ignore the law".

J. Seibel is a hard working jurist who listens and hears. She wants the law, and works to understand it. However, she clearly will make up her own mind

She has become another judge with a super-liberal political agenda. Her recent decision denying 2nd Amendment rights makes it clear that she ignores precedent from Supreme Court. Her logic and reasoning are not just flawed but ignore rationality. She should never have been appointed to the federal bench. Another Judge Scheindlin in the making. New Yorkers suffer from the predations of armed thugs because of judges like her.

highly opinionated for young jurist. disrespectful of circuit court. insensitive and rather rigid by temperment. pleasant on bench but seems to carry a seething rage beneath the surface and'is hostile to plaintiffs.

A pleasure to appear before. She shows up on time,ready to go. Knows the issues, relevant law and most importantly, the Rules of Evidence. She tips her hand, as all judges do, but it seemed like she still made the call the way it was supposed to go.
