`Judge Brigman oversaw a temp custody hearing in another county. Despite proving the false allegations of my abuser wrong regarding drug use and mental instability with a clean drug test and release from the court ordered psych eval that he and his attorney got the day after I disclosed his abuse and got DSS involved. I also provided text messages from his own mother of his abuse towards me, her and our children as well as affidavits from 2 counselors affirming the abuse and I was not only removed pending an additional drug test and psych eval, but given no financial means after being a stay at home mother for 16 years. It has also since been discovered that DSS did not investigate the allegations against my husband the moment he claimed I was on drugs, and they also did not order a drug test despite my begging for one, yet spoke against me in this hearing.
