Hired to evaluate an appeal in a matter judged by Wachob I was shocked by his arrogance, self importance and ignorance. He enjoyed harming an entire family. He made no effort to resolve or settle a matter, feeling esteem in how much he had abused and misused his authority. Very harmful judge.
