Unable to keep clarity. Fails to research thoroughly and is easily swayed on decisions previously ruled. Fails to hear both sides of case, yet still makes a ruling. I am a defendant who was never heard for a case lasting 15 years. AS others, my dismissal was scribbled out the day before court.
