Charles Sniffen

Judge Sniffen is an incompetent individual who basically was more concerned about impressing the female attorney in the court room opposing me and working with the judge. Just handing out improper justice to try and impress his female coworker, myself having a degree in Psychology/Communications and a very high emotional IQ it was incredibly obvious that this was nothing more than a Napoleon complex to try and attempt to impress my opposing attorney who was an attractive blonde, white, young female. It literally felt like something out of a movie! This terrible excuse for a judge not only spoke to me in a yelling fashion where it was not merited , he went on and charged me for a petty misdemeanor worth three dollars, that was caused by nothing more then extenuating circumstances due to myself not feeling well and literally leaving the store in an ambulance of which I had documented proof from the hospital the day of the court hearing. I had mistakenly gotten crazy glue in my contact case that holds my contacts the night before. When I put my contacts in the next morning, it slowly caused severe side effects and offset my cognition in a major fashion. I myself, who was considering being a police officer and had no prior convictions was treated like an absolute animal. The day I was arrested, I was starting to feel sick in the store and my cognition was getting extremely offset, I was literally trying to fight from fainting while in the store. Judge Sniffen the day in court spoke to me in a condescending fashion the entire time and charged me the highest fee possible as per the request of his attractive coworker as her job was to obviously prosecute me. She seemed to take it personally when I refuted her points across-the-board and when supplying my documentation from the hospital, she unprofessionally mocked me, making believe she read a full two pages in three seconds all while displaying a mocking facial expression while rea

Judge Sniffen is an excellent judge. He's always prepared, candid, knowledgeable, compassionate yet objective, unemotional. Whether he rules for or against me, I am always confident that he has given the arguments serious consideration and is advised in the law. He is not jaded. That's the job. It cannot be easy, and he is commendable. We would all be better off with 1,000 more like him on the bench.

He is an excellent jurist. He takes the time to make sure he has a complete understanding of both sides' arguments. He reviews the relevant facts and law and applies the law to the facts. Our judicial system would benefit from having more judges like Judge Sniffen.
