A public apology is in order for requiring a mask in your courtroom after they have been medically proven to provide no protection from any virus! Your God ordained position is to uphold our constitutional rights, including medical freedom! We all know the fake pandemic was a power play. You are a God Ordained Servant! Ordering someone to where a mask when you are not wearing one, then putting them in jail after they refuse your inappropriate request? Nothing like a good apology to correct something inappropriate! We need Judges to follow constitutional law not politics!

Should be removed from the courthouse via Any Means Possible. Incompetent and democratically biased and incapable of separating his personal opinions from law.

Charles Gilchrist a CONTROL FREAK?

Charles Gilchrist a CONTROL FREAK? He doesn’t deserve any respect and from what I see this man does not belong in any court room. The next time I get a Jury summons it will be a Charles Gilchrist no-show excuse.

He will only be remembered after a long career as a lawyer for being an anti science, anti freedom, bullying little man who deserves scorn. It is not too late for him to actually read and learn and publicly apologize to the man whose freedom he tyrannically stole.

This judge jailed a potential juror in Oct 2022 for 24 hours because he refused to wear a mask in Gilchrist’s court. The Courthouse signs said masks were optional and NC does not require masks. Nevertheless, Gilchrist was intent on enforcing the use of masks. What’s next? Is he going to specify the color shirts that are allowed? Judge Gilchrist needs to visit the Swiss Policy Research Institute and educate himself on the ineffectiveness of masks. https://swprs.org/face-masks-and-covid-the-evidence/
