Judge Joseph has overseen my divorce for several years. She shows dangerous bias towards my abusive spouse. She has downplayed his abuse against me and my children, believes his word without evidence, and holds me responsible for “fostering the relationship” between my children and their unrehabilitated abuser.

Second to none. Best Judge I have encountered. Very fair and unbiased. handles both parties with grace and provides excellent advise in resolving dispute.

Best Supreme Court Judge in Suffolk County, second to none. Fair, unbiased, does not automatically favor the mother in a custody dispute, like so many other judges. Sees through games and manipulation that parties engage in, and one of the few judges in Suffolk not afraid to make a decision, even if that decision will be met with resistance and be appealed. Listens to what the attorneys have to say. Great judge!
