Her moral stage of development must of been stunted because she has the tendency to lash out if she feels slighted, takes advantage of others to get what she wants, has an inflated sense of self, has no remorse or empathy, must win at all costs, and does not care about the pain she causes others and perhaps even enjoys it. She would deploy threats, deception and coercion to transfer custody away from the safe party over to the abusive party.

In this court under this judge, depending on what swings between your legs will determine whether you are just fighting your case or simultaneously fighting for your rights.

I’m so glad Judge Kersey is no longer at sambar Dino Family Court. She has been destroying this community for a long time for everyone that has seen her and watch how she handles her court. She puts friends like temporary judge Matthew Sheasby opinion over evidence. She ruined my kids and I life. She is terrible. I’m sorry for whoever has to deal with her in the future, but I try to get her petition out of San Bernardino Family Court, so that’s why she left.

She is the worst judge ever!!!! Doesn't take nothing into consideration. She makes her mind up before even hearing the case. Why is she a criminal judge and not a family judge anymore?

Would almost seem like a court if this thing would allow due process of equal time to speak. But this health nut clearly knows what is best based on her finger licking pick. Good news, ain't no way this uncontested elected idiot with a clear past of corrupt sexual harassments claims (LOL!) will have an inkling more of space in that office. We have great judges in this county. They are smart enough to get this dirt bag out of there tid for tat so they are no so hindered by pure tyranny. (She jokes about how tyrannical she is btw to her office mates.). Should we call them mates? Reading through the postings it is clear she leaves a path of complete disgust. Another Femi-Nazi for the fail. So many families and children left in pain against all intelligence.. So sad. She must be so happy her victors rally around how absolutely moronic she is.

Disgraceful in every way measurable. Ruled against me persistent based on opposing parties claims alone, against damning evidence and credible witness testimony. Over the multitude of hearings, it is observable she chooses her victor from the start of the case and bends the law at her own will from there. She will not require evidence from one party in support of their claims, while on the other hand; allows evidence to go unnoticed, prevents it from being presented all together or chastise the other party when merely testifying to claims themselves. Although she is not protected by the first amendment while acting as a judge, she violates this by being persistently rude and condescending. You will notice she find humor throughout while the families before her suffer from circumstance. In her own admittance, she indicates deciding on a whole host of issues based on her own laziness. I have observed multiple hearings other than my own and witnessed her dishonorable behavior persisted throughout. No family should ever have to suffer in the way that mine has. This tyrannical judge should not be allowed anywhere near a court room. Reading the judicial code of conduct will in no way be reminiscent of anyone's experience with this "judge".

We cannot allow judge Cheryl Kersey another term after 2027 in San Bernardino. Judge kersey in my experience is the worse family judge for urban families. She has worked along side attorney Matthew Sheasby, which are great friends outside of court. I was a defendant. Judge kersey ignored police reports, videos, statements from witnesses about the abuse and proof of fraudulent documents for my case. As a result my and my children are $60,000 in debt. We where homeless living in hotels in 2020. My children had to make there own cps abuse complaints because the ignorance of judge kersey. She has put my children in harms way to side with her friend Matthew Sheasby that presented no evidence to her. As a result I took my case to civil court and won. I have another fraudulent civil case against plaintiff and including attorney Matthew Sheasby this time. All I ever wanted was fair trial for my childrens protection. Our lives have been emotionally distressed and financially depressed by judge Cheryl kersey. If any others would like to join our campaign to stop tyrants such as her. Please send me email.

If you’re looking for a fair trial don’t come here. She speaks on pending trials before they happen informing clients of what she is going to do. In the interim it doesn’t matter what occurs, what court orders are violated or what laws are broken. She conceals these things by failing to recognize them and it seems purposefully fails to write court orders because they might look bad right before her final judgement. First day of trial she attempts to force a settlement when she previously ordered a second opinion of which the client spent thousands of dollars to obtain. Begrudgingly the court agreed to continue the trial but ultimately the court silenced all testimony. The court is egregiously bias but doesn’t care because who’s going to stop her. She presents the client with a option that is not an option. She preys on their economic status. Option one was to pay thousands more or option two accept her judgement. The court never even bothered to read the report she ordered the client to obtain and delivered a final judgement that was unfair, unsafe and knowingly continued abuse to happen.
