Would not correctly interpret the new probation rules under AB1950, because he didn't "feel" like it. Took over a year and the direct involvement of the senator who wrote the damn bill to get this judge to stop legislating from the bench. Horrid judge, doesn't listen to the average person, biased to favor D.A., even when the D.A. doesn't know what they're talking about.
