Was assigned to the judge, after never trying a case in Dutchess. I’ve tried a lot of cases, in the NYC area. What a wonderful surprise. Her entire part, from courtroom clerks, to the law secretary, and of course the judge, are true professionals. She made a ruling on evidence that I thought incorrect - then she explained her ruling to me, and I realized she knows her stuff. Count your blessings Dutchess County lawyers, count your blessings.
