I have had several civil cases with judge Carringer and found her to be very pleasant and fair rulings.

I have dealt with judge Carringer in quite a few civil matters. She has always been fair and can see through the games and emotions that parties use to try to gain an advantage for themselves. She will always make a fair and informed decision. The negative comments about her are obviously parties complaining when things didn't go their way. a judge is not there to make people happy. They are there to decide things fairly based on the law. Judge Carringer does that.

This woman is clearly unstable and needs to be removed from the bench before any more damage is done to the public. She recently sanctioned one litigant for simply asking for a payment plan on an almost $100,000 judgement. She is arrogant, emotionally unstable and ignorant of the law.

I filed an Ex Parte notice of motion to vacate a defaulted judgement. In my declaration I admitted my error/mistake. The heating was scheduled and as she sat down she said why would you waste my time asking to vacate my own orders. She would not let me speak. She told me she was not going to change them and sarcastically asked questions regarding the case and reviewed pictures as evidence that I did not have served to me. She was mocking me and in just 8 mins showed a heartless cold blooded vile display of savage with no regard for others. She wants to abuse power and appeared to have mo regard for the civil codes or law.
