Horrible, there will be a day she will answer to a higher court. We all go through a life review, and she will see the truth about how she foreclosed on my house wrongfully and then didn't remove herself from my divorce (directly related to the foreclosure). She destroyed my life like it was nothing. God will handle this woman. She is a living nightmare.

Judge Downs handled my divorce case very poorly. She let the GAL run the show and never involved herself. She never looked into any filings or emergency motions and seemed biased against me. She seemed to want the case over quickly versus correctly. I feel it was more of the GAL’s (Emily Rapp) fault for not telling the full truth but it is also Judge Downs’ fault for never stepping in and finding out why everything was an argument or why things were happening the way that they were.

Very biased and rude during cases.
