The judge did not even read our brief before he made his decision. He said that we gave the same arguments and exhibits as before. 'that was a total lie, if he would have read our brief he would have seen multiple new evidence that was presented, and he ignored material facts that were disputed and still handed down a summary judgement. He personifies corruption, laziness, and lack of knowledge of the law. the taxpayers of California deserve better.

Solid. Excellent motion judge. Have won - and lost - motions before him. Thoughtful. I've experienced none of what I've read in the prior posts.

Ignores settled law. Not willing to put in the work to get to the proper conclusion. Terrible demeanor in the courtroom.

I've been practicing for over 30 years and have never seen such an inept clown sitting on a bench. His ruling on my motion ignored decades of settled law, and he didn't even try to justify his disregard for the law. I'm not sure if he just didn't feel like following it, or wasn't smart enough to understand it. Either way, the people who appointed him should be embarrassed.
