Defense filed three consecutive ex-parte applications to advance a hearing date without service, and without affirmative showing of irreparable harm or immediate danager. The judge denied the first without a prejudice for the reasons stated, the second one the moving party did not even show for the hearing, and the judge took it off the calendar where should have been denied, and the third one with the same errors, the court granted on its own motion!
