He fancies himself a scholar but sides with a party at the beginning of the case and leaves his thumb on the scale.

He fancies himself a scholar but sides with a party at the beginning of the case and leaves his thumb on the scale. He is offended by cogent legal argument and will rule in a manner totally inconsistent with the law expects -- the manner in which he rules on sanctions is based more on personal whim than what the law and fairness should dictate. 170.6 ASAP.

Very biased, prejudiced judge.

Very biased, prejudiced judge. Dose not respect the Constitution, nor the due process. Ample evidence of one-sided ruling. Defense filed three consecutive ex-parte applications to advance a hearing date without service, and without affirmative showing of irreparable harm or immediate danager. The judge denied the first without a prejudice for the reasons stated, the second one the moving party did not even show for the hearing, and the judge took it off the calendar where should have been denied, and the third one with the same errors, the court granted on its own motion!
