He deliberated around 30 minutes on a years long case--completely ignoring the expert opinion of a psychologist (hired by the opposing party) that Father was unsafe for the children. As a result of his malfeasance, 4 children were severely harmed & faced life-threatening injuries while in the custody of their abusive father.
