I certainly didn't find Panos fair in my custody/child support case. He stated in his ruling memorandum (who writes a 40 page memorandum for a custody case?) that there was "no evidence of domestic violence" despite me having filed and been granted multiple protective orders. Photos showing tremendous amounts of hidden, empty alcohol containers found after my ex left was determined, "not proof of alcoholism - just bad housekeeping." I'm disabled and Panos made disparaging comments to my lawyer asking, "Does your client WANT TO IMPROVE herself? I mean if she was offered a better paying job WOULD SHE ACCEPT IT?" He then suggested I get a job paying minimum wage (out of which I would have to pay childcare) selling movie tickets in the ticket booth at a movie theater. I birthed, breastfed and stayed at home with both children yet Panos gave legal custody of one of them to this violent alcoholic.
