Like most judges out in Suffolk County, Modelewski is a community insider without a clue. Literally does not understand the difference between a CPLR 3211 motion to dismiss and a CPLR 3212 motion for summary judgment. Like most Suffolk county judges, his decisions are all largely pre-written boilerplate citations. Zero though goes into anything he does. Horrible.
