He is biased, favoring men, and consistently prioritizes words over evidence, even permitting people to violate orders.

He is biased, favoring men, and consistently prioritizes words over evidence, even permitting people to violate orders. He is neither fair nor attentive to evidence. If he is presiding as a judge, a court reporter is essential, yet despite repeated requests, one often does not appear, forcing you to pay out of pocket. His conduct includes statements so extreme they could warrant disbarment.

Agree with previous comments that the judge is not reading the pleadings and evidence.

Agree with previous comments that the judge is not reading the pleadings and evidence. It makes it very difficult for the public as if they can’t afford an attorney and get assistance in filing the documentation that references case law and the judge is not reading no one has a chance in court. Seems that this judge is easily misled by counsel who can say anything and the judge believes as he is not reading the evidence or filings.

Did not read cases before. Did not listen to both parties. Orders based on personal opinions instead of laws. Laughs at litigants and attorneys. Did not know how to use computer and software. Made calculation errors.
