Absolutely horrible judge. Abusive and nasty a totally racist! Its like she wants to find the way to hurt kids the most and then she does it. Shame on Her! Deprivation Of Rights Under Color Of Law I am an immigrant living Mendocino County with my young child. We are domestic violence victims. We put all our hope to the family court to give us the justice and the rights we deserve. But it turns out we became victimized by another form of persecution”.[Redacted by Ed.] She watched over the court reporter and tampering court transcripts [Redacted by Ed.]. Judge Mayfield interfered the Child Support Department from investigating my ex fraudulent financial report. I had filed disqualification against her and then she retaliated. Under her supervision Judge Perkin retaliated me to extreme. He blocked Trial from public and my friends accessing. I was self presented.Perkin denied my repeated requests to present my evidence, declared an end to the trial in 2 hours before I had a chance to present my evidence and witnesses. It is a deprival of a fundamental right of due process to a fair hearing. Perkin took out a prewritten judgement ruling against us on every single issues 100% and deprived all our legal rights. The abusive ex were granted everything he wants. For 10 years marriage We have no rights for marital properties and no support and instead of that I have to pay big amount of money to the abusive ex who is business owner for over 40 years ! All the important evidence were ignored but only judged on a hypothetical and openly violated the Code of judicial Conducts. We became homeless and stayed in an old trailer for years. This is how these Judges in this court use their power to persecute domestic violence victims and protect abuser. I had no choice but appeal. My ex told me “ you will regret to appeal , you will never win!” . Just like he said I lost the appeal and found out the Judge Cindee Mayfield started to work in Court of appeal the same time my case was reviewed. No wonder! These Judges are evils with robes and disgrace to the concept of justice. it is too tyrannical and cruel to persecute an immigrant mother

She is pure evil I can’t even begin on how she violated everything I had civil parenting human she needs to be punished publicly and not just a slap on the wrist I haven’t seen my autistic son in over 9 months because of her favoritism towards women.

That is a conflict of interest against the judicial canons. Judge Mayfield did not recuse herself and did not address the potential conflict on the record. Shame of Judicial system, total an evil with the power. ruling against law to favor the lawyer she likes. She took all the legal rights from the domestic violence victims, a homeless mother and child without mercy. She supervises other judges and court reporters to make sure they are doing good jobs on persecution judicial victims. The access to justice denied in front of her. She need to be exposed !!!
